KidBlog - No email registration required. Each student has blog and can post links and embed codes. 50 student accounts per class, but teacher can create multiple classes.

PBWorks - Create pages for students to post their writing with security for individual pages.
Summarize or Explain with a Picture that Talks
Blabberize - Students must be 13 years or older to use this site and its Services, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Voki - Children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information to this site. Students Under 13? Teacher creates a Classroom Account and Students login under teacher’s account.

RecordMP3.org Requires no login. 3 minutes of recording. Generates a link.
AudioBoo - Requires a login. 3 minutes of recoding. Available as Edmodo app ($)
Audacity - Free, open source, cross-platform software for recording and editing sounds.
Students do not need a login. Since HCMS teachers have access to AudioBoo, students could upload the file to Edmodo.

Scrible - Annotate websites, capture citations, compile annotations. Free student account with valid education email address.
MarkUp - Annotate websites - No login - Publish marked up website.
Classify or Compare with a Graphic Organizer
Popplet - Requires registration. From Popplet's Blog: For under 13 year olds, we recommend that teachers set up classroom student accounts and oversee/monitor the use of Popplet.
Bubbl.us - Online Brainstorming. Allows Exporting without email registration
Linoit - Collaborative sticky and pictures space. If teacher shares link and students do not need login.
Advanced & Boolean Searches, Categorize Web Resources
BlendSpace - Collect websources in one place. Measure students' understanding with questions. Available as Edmodo app.
Google Maps - Create a map to demonstrate understanding
